En estas clases trabajaremos a través de ejercicios que nos ayudarán a conectar con nosotros mismos y todo lo que nos rodea. También habrá trabajo de improvisación y materiales coreográficos con mi lenguaje personal.

We head in the search for our inner voice, starting from the point of view that every body is different. There are no limitations only different paths. In this class we will work through exercises that will help us connect with ourselves and everything around us. There will also be work with improvisation and choreographic materials with my personal language.
