En referencia a mi trabajo como docente en danzas urbanas destinadas a niños, están centradas en la estimulación y desarrollo de la lateralidad, la inteligencia emocional, la motricidad y valores como la amistad y la empatía, todo ello a través de distintos ejercicios y juegos. Conforme los niños van practicando y realizando los distintos materiales que se les plantean, van mejorando su forma de expresarse, comunicarse y hacer sentir con el cuerpo.

Por otro lado, en mi futuro trabajo con adultos, ya llevado a cabo en otros ámbitos, está centrado, por una parte, en el hip hop y por otra parte en la danza contemporánea, sin ser no solo la técnica lo más importante de dicho trabajo, sino las sensaciones y los volúmenes que estos distintos estilos conllevan. Para mí, una forma de bailar que va un poquito más allá de lo perceptivo, y que además de verse el trabajo de forma visual, lo sentido tanto corporalmente como en tu mente te hace crecer como bailarín y como persona.

My work as a teacher in urban dance for children, I focus on stimulation and development of laterality, emotional intelligence, motor skills and values such as friendship and empathy, all through different exercises and games. As children practice and carry out the different materials that are presented to them, they improve their way of expressing themselves, communicating and make themselves feel with their body.

On the other hand, in my future work with adults, already carried out in other areas, it is focused, on one hand by hip hop and on the other hand by contemporary dance, without technique being the most important part of the work, but the sensations and the volumes that these different styles entail as well. For me, a way of dancing that goes a little beyond the perceptive, and that in addition to seeing the work visually, felt both in the body and in your mind, makes you grow as a dancer and as a person.
